Chocolate Dipped Wafers

Ingredients

1 package of Signature Select Strawberry, Vanilla, or Chocolate Wafer Cookies

Semi-sweet or white chocolate chips

Sprinkles, colored sugar, or other cookie decorations, as desired

Remove the wafers from the packaging and prepare a piece of wax paper for the completed cookie.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips of your choosing, in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
One at a time, dip half of the flavored wafer cookie into the chocolate and place onto the wax paper.
Once all are coated, sprinkle on any festive decorations. If using decorative icing or dyed white chocolate, allow the chocolate coating to set before layering on.
