1. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and add avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper. Mash egg yolk mixture until filling is evenly combined.
2. Spoon filling into a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner. Pipe filling into each egg white. Top with a dash of paprika or cayenne pepper for an extra kick! Refrigerate until ready to eat.
