Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Trim the ends off broccoli and cut lengthwise into spears
3. Fill a large pot with water, salt and bring to a boil. Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch for about 3 minutes. Pour through and drain in colander.
4. Pat broccoli dry with paper towels and place on non-stick jelly roll pan in single layer. Sprinkle cheese evenly over broccoli and place in oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
