Directions
POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, mix 2 Tbsp. each of the cheese and remaining dressing.
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Thread chicken onto six metal skewers; thread bread onto six separate skewers. Grill chicken skewers 5 min.; turn. Brush bread with 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing. Add to grill with chicken. Grill an additional 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through and bread cubes are lightly toasted, turning occasionally.
REMOVE chicken and bread from skewers; place on lettuce-covered serving plate. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing; sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. cheese and the pepper.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve one each chicken skewer and toasted bread skewer on individual lettuce-covered plate. Drizzle evenly with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the pepper.
