1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Combine egg, butter and water in a bowl. Add cake mix and stir until the ingredients are combined and lumps are gone. 3. Add chocolate chips 4. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes 6. Once cool, make the icing that came with the cake mix and ice the brownies!
